COMMUNICATION EQUPMENT SUBJECT TO MANDATORY TYPE APPROVAL IN MONGOLIA

The Communications Regulatory Commission has accredited the Certification Body in 2014 in accordance with the MNS ISO/IEC 17065:2013  “Conformity assessment - Requirements for bodies certifying products, processes and services” from the Mongolian agency for Standard and Metrology Government Regulatory Agency. 

The Law on Standardization, Technical Regulation and Accreditation of Conformity Assessment of Mongolia started on July 1, 2018. In the framework of the implementation of this law, the Government of Mongolia has approved "Procedures for Supplying and Bordering the Market for Mongolia to Ensure Products and Services" and “The list of goods are subject to mandatory conformity assessment” by the Resolution No. 291 of October 3, 2018.
