Legal documents to implement the National Program for transition of Radio & TV broadcasting into digital technology

Under the “National Program for transition of Radio & TV broadcasting into digital technology”, approved by the Government of Mongolia with the Resolution No. 275 in 2010, “Concept to follow on transition of radio broadcasting into digital technology in Mongolia” was approved by the Resolution No. 58 of the Chairman and CEO of ITPTA (former Information, Post, Communication and Technology Authority), dated on 22nd March, 2011 and the “Concept to follow on transition of TV broadcasting into digital technology in Mongolia” was approved by the Resolution No. 83 of the Chairman and CEO of ITPTA on 12th May, 2011.

These documents described the main concept to follow when describing the directions to transit radio broadcasting into digital technology in Mongolia and based on the Provision 5.5.2 of the “National Program for transition of radio & TV broadcasting into digital technology, it also described the main concept to follow to transmit TV broadcasting into digital technology in Mongolia.
